PODCAST SEASON 2 - EP 4 - WHITNEY WHITE MYRUS, START UP AND TURNAROUND STRATEGIST; EGGSLUT, THE HALAL GUYS & COFE APP
Today I’ve just met the absolute whirlwind that is Whitney White Myrus from Eggslut, The Halal Guys, COFE App and Orange Buffalo. Whitney absolutely rocked in like a tornado with bright yellow Dr Martens on… with the Eggslut branding obviously. He also had a Tottenham Hotspurs Managers jacket on which puzzled me slightly with him being American! We just hit it off straight away, he had so much to say that it could’ve been 2-3 hours because there’s so much to get your teeth into. There’s everything in his day-job of franchising businesses (and celebrating the positivity of franchising) and then running/starting restaurants and taking someone else’s brand and making it great in another location. There’s also a tech side with the app that he’s launching which will be the Deliveroo for coffee. He also hit upon my favourite chicken brand out there, Orange BUffalo which used to be in the Joker pub in Brighton where I used to go very often.
